DELIVERY POLICY
All orders in stock are processed within 5 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sunday’s or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. For items on ‘back order’ please 14-16 days for delivery.
DAMAGES
FLEX FM is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
RETURNS (refunds and exchanges)
We only except returns and exchanges on faulty items. If you are unhappy with the quality of your item, please let us know. You have 28 days to return or exchange a faulty item. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 calendar days.
SALE ITEMS
We can only offer refunds for sale items if they arrive faulty. (no exchange)
