DJ Carloss is a cornerstone of the UK underground and a driving force behind Flex FM (101.4 FM). A resident since 1999, he specialises in UK Garage, Jungle, and old-school House, hosting his weekly Friday 8–10 PM show. He’s also one third of The 3 Amigos with Tempo and Nicky D, delivering classic pirate-style garage sets at Flex FM events.
Carloss led Flex FM’s transition from pirate radio to an Ofcom-licensed community broadcaster in 2018, while preserving its underground soul. Under his leadership, the station has gone from strength to strength and expanded to DAB across London, Brighton, Ireland, the Costa del Sol, and Tenerife—cementing his legacy both on the airwaves and behind the scenes
