After years of industry experience, the London/Essex duo, Nathan and Matt have merged together to become Kloser Deal. Their unique and contrasting backgrounds has enabled them to create a house type feel with a rough, hard synth edge.
Matt:
From Essex, Matt started his music production journey a decade ago in 2008, straight into drum and bass. Matt continued to explore intricate sound design and synthesis from early before completing his HND in Music Technology at University.
Parallel to creating electronic music, Matt also worked recording and producing bands across multiple genres, carefully mastering his craft. In addition to becoming a well-rounded music technologist, Matt also comprehensively studied studio design. With this knowledge designed and built a fully acoustic treated professional production studio where Kloser Deal music is created today.
Still staying strong to his roots, Matt also continues to produce drum and bass under his alias, Middle Ground.
Nathan.
Hailing from East London, Nathan, otherwise known as DJ Mak 10 is a well-respected DJ and producer known predominately as a pioneer of UK Grime. As a DJ, Nathan is known for his distinctive chopping style and eclectic selection. Whilst not limited to, his expertise spans across, house, bassline, garage, grime, dubstep and drum and bass.
Mak’s career started with the infamous Nasty Crew with his brother Marcus Nasty, helping develop most of Grimes biggest acts to date with the likes of Dizzee Rascal, Kano, Ghetts, D Double E, Skepta, Roll Deep and brothers Lil Nasty and Griminal.
