Rasta Fou
Rasta Fou
Rasta Fou is the name that’s been going round reggae circles for quite some time now, and it looks like everyone is going to be hearing it a lot more in 2016. Bubbling under for the last six years plying his trade full time, Rasta Fou’s forward thinking approach to music is now seeing his star in it’s ascendance. Having played alongside such mighty icons as Don Letts, Tippa Irie, David Rodigan, Prince Fatty (and a whole lot more), Rasta Fou’s unique Peace N Dub sets have rocked crowds all over the world, from clubs in New York to beach parties in Spain, and beyond. Encompassing all the different shades of reggae, from dub to roots to Bashment and Soca, Rasta Fou will often take a left turn into the urban vibes of jungle, hip hop, even RnB and soul – unafraid of the boundaries of genre, wherever the crowd takes him. This fearlessness is reflected in his first tentative steps into production – be sure that very soon, some of Rasta Fou’s own music will be coming to a soundsystem near you…
You can catch Rasta Fou every Friday from 14:00-16:00.
