George Renzi also known as Dj Renzi first found his passion to dj at the young age of 14. Renzi was and still is a student of underground music, always listening to the pioneers of old school jungle and uk garage rave tapes in the 90's. Idolising the unmatchable skills of DJEZ and The Heartless Crew he was immediately inspired by the art and since then he has built his own style of dj-ing and the ability to mix multiple genres of music before the digital era arrived (vinyl). Renzi has dj-ed at numerous raves and played on multiple pirate radio stations all over London building a reputation for his style of mixing and selecting music that isn't as familiar as others but knowing that his sets always made an impact as his ear for a vibe was very unique. Renzi's audience continues to grow, and his contribution to the growth of Amps&decks hasn't gone unnoticed.
Nutsie has been doing his thing on the underground music scene for more than a minute. He first started mcing in 94/95 to Jungle music in his friend Mc Stylie's dads front room. from his first booking in 1995, ''it seems just like yesterday''! The event was called (BARBIE IN THE GARDEN) this was the start of his career as an Mc.
He soon got a show on a pirate radio station called Syndicate.fm ''good times man'' hold tight AGENT-K & SOVRIGN big boy dj's then and still now!
NUTSIE'S popularity was growing amongst his peers and people were starting to recognise he had a good thing going.
A couple years down the line he linked up with DJ SKILLZ, they had a regular Sunday show on RUDE.FM 104.3
It was one of the best shows on there with lots of dedicated listeners locked in every week. Nutsie quotes
"D&B will always be number one in my genres of music & was my stepping stone into mcing",
In 98 Nutsie musical path took a turn and he became part of a collective called STONECOLD GX who were deemed to be the next big thing in the garage community
with a track called "Danger" but unfortunately things didn't work out and everyone went their separate ways.
Since then nutsie has gone on to work with some of the biggest promotions and events in the underground music scene (garage, DnB, House, Dubstep and Grime)
